Project Engineer (Vehicle Electronics & Software)

Location: Wyoming, Minnesota, USA; travel up to 5–15%, including domestic and international travel.

Salary: $78,000–$103,000 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering tasks and vehicle electronics and software deliverables across multiple projects.
• Track program scope, requirements, risks, issues, schedules, resource plans, and budget estimates.
• Apply the hirify.global Product Development Process to document, track, and fulfill engineering requirements.
• Maintain alignment between electrical and software deliverables, platform requirements, and vehicle features.
• Collaborate with engineering, program leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and gather inputs.
• Prepare clear status updates and support risk identification and mitigation throughout development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of engineering or engineering project experience in a related industry.
• Experience with project management tools and basic scheduling methods.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Background in electronics, embedded software, or system integration is preferred.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
