Employee Relations Advisor (HR)

Location: Remote, Reading, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop employee relations programs, communication tools, policies, and procedures in partnership with the Employee Relations Manager.
• Resolve employee complaints, conduct investigations, recommend remediation, and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Advise HR professionals and leaders on employee relations decisions, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Assess case risk, apply escalation protocols, and monitor case management processes for compliance and business needs.
• Create reporting mechanisms, analyze employee relations metrics, and recommend improvements to engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and other partners while improving processes, training, policies, and technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with employee or labor relations strategy and HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, including EEO laws and regulations.
• Strong collaboration, influence, communication, confidentiality, critical thinking, and recommendation skills.
