Salary: $100,500–$145,166.66 per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do
- Develop and execute omnichannel patient campaigns across digital, social, and CRM channels.
- Create patient education materials, supporting decks, leave-behinds, and program materials.
- Support launch planning and ensure patient marketing readiness across rare disease launches.
- Identify opportunities to expand patient reach, engagement, and education about diseases and products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align patient engagement objectives with brand strategy.
- Define customer value metrics and work with analytics teams to track KPIs, performance, and channel ROI.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with strategic decision-making, innovation, problem-solving, and navigating ambiguous situations.
- Experience working in large, complex, multidisciplinary teams and influencing without authority.
- Digital-forward mindset.
- Ability to travel 25% within the United States and work onsite in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
