Location: Design and Service Center, The Shoppes at Chino Hills, Chino Hills, CA

Base pay: $16.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Restore jewelry to its original condition and complete custom jewelry design and creation.
• Perform chain and clasp repairs, prong re-tipping, stone setting, sizing, polishing, and minor jewelry repairs.
• Create stone mountings and perform channel and platinum rebuilds.
• Complete wax carving, fabrication, casting, and CAD/CAM design work.
• Deliver customer-first service while meeting high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of bench jeweler or relevant skilled-trades experience working with fine metals.
• Pass a qualified bench test assessing current jeweler skill level.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, with seasonal required overtime.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with custom jewelry design, fabrication, casting, or CAD/CAM.
