Senior Employee Relations Manager (U.S. & Canada) (Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations): Leading employee relations strategy and complex workplace investigations across the United States and Canada with an accent on employment risk management, compliance, and senior-leader advising. Focus on resolving sensitive employee matters, coaching leaders and HR partners, and building consistent investigation and case-management practices.
Location: Remote anywhere within the United States; employees near the Denver, Colorado headquarters are expected to work in a hybrid capacity, with at least two office days per week.
Salary: $87,600–$134,700 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead employee relations strategy and act as the senior advisor for complex employee matters across the United States and Canada.
- Oversee investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, ethics concerns, workplace conflict, and policy violations.
- Advise leaders and HR Business Partners on performance management, conduct, disciplinary actions, terminations, and organizational changes.
- Assess legal, reputational, and organizational risks and partner with Legal and Compliance on high-risk matters.
- Lead, coach, and develop an Employee Relations team member.
- Establish case-management, documentation, reporting, and continuous-improvement practices using HR Acuity and Workday.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment Law, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Employment Law, or related disciplines.
- Significant experience conducting complex workplace investigations and advising senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and workplace practices.
- Experience partnering with Legal and Compliance on employment-related matters.
- Strong conflict resolution, mediation, coaching, consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
