Warehouse Distribution Lead

Location: CG - DC- NADC - Ops; onsite warehouse operations

What you will do

• Balance skilled labor across warehouse receiving and shipping activities.
• Lead material handlers in meeting safety, cost, service, quality, and efficiency objectives.
• Oversee inbound deliveries, replenishment, picking, packing, domestic and international shipping, value-added services, dock scheduling, and returns.
• Deliver safety and process training, conduct safety meetings, and monitor employee performance, attendance, and timesheets.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to improve inventory accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Identify process issues, participate in root cause analysis, and support 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and Train the Trainer projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of warehouse experience.
• Lift-truck certification and experience with computer-based warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with SAP transactions; SAP WMS experience is helpful.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with fully fluent conversational and business English required.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, direct others, and maintain attention to detail.
