Web Strategy, Associate - Digital Marketing

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Set up new webpages and web functionality for Private Wealth and product content, including BREIT and BCRED pages.
• Manage ongoing content updates and performance information across product webpages.
• Support the web development pipeline through requirements gathering, prioritization, UAT, and technology release coordination.
• Project-manage content activation workflows, including timelines, approvals, and coordination with marketing channel leads.
• Apply SEO/GEO practices through metadata optimization, internal linking, and content architecture.
• Support web analytics, A/B testing, reporting, and continuous web strategy optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience in web strategy and content management, with website-focused experience required.
• Hands-on experience with a web CMS; WordPress experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing cross-functional workflows with multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SEO/GEO best practices, web analytics, and performance measurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Financial industry experience.
