OEM Business Manager (Automotive)

Location: Remote - Canada

Salary: $83,600–$102,400 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate OEM program execution and compliance across multiple initiatives.
• Update and enhance dealer websites and documentation to meet OEM program requirements.
• Analyze program data, conduct audits, and identify optimization opportunities and compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Website Delivery, OEM partners, and external agencies.
• Maintain organized records and develop training materials, documentation, and long-term program improvement strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with essential software, tools, and systems.
• Reliable, proactive, customer-focused approach with a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• French and English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of OEM programs and brand requirements.
