What you will do
- Lead transportation infrastructure projects from concept through completion across West Texas.
- Manage client communication, schedules, deliverables, budgets, execution, and quality.
- Lead roadway and drainage analysis, design, and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.
- Mentor and train junior engineers.
- Support transportation business development, networking, and project pursuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a comparable engineering or applied science field.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- At least 6 years of roadway design experience.
- Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design.
- Client-facing communication and project pursuit experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with MicroStation and GEOPAK or OpenRoads.
- 8 or more years of roadway design experience.
