Senior Analog Designer (Semiconductors): Leading the architectural definition, transistor-level design, simulation, verification, and delivery of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation semiconductor products with an accent on ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, voltage regulators, and PLLs. Focus on supervising layout, completing post-layout verification, analyzing silicon issues, and mentoring junior analog designers.

What you will do

  • Lead the architectural definition, design, simulation, and verification of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Design and optimize ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, voltage regulators, PLLs, op-amps, bandgap references, LDOs, and oscillators.
  • Perform transistor-level design, supervise layout, and complete post-layout verification against performance, power, and area targets.
  • Collaborate with system architects, digital design, layout, and test engineers to deliver integrated semiconductor products.
  • Conduct design reviews, investigate silicon issues, and improve design methodologies.
  • Prepare specifications, test plans, characterization reports, and mentor junior analog designers.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of analog IC design experience and successful tape-outs in advanced CMOS processes.
  • Expertise in analog building blocks, data converters, semiconductor device physics, and process variations.
  • Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, and AMS simulation.
  • Experience with layout considerations and supervision, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
