Operations Analyst

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $20.00–$23.92 per hour, plus eligible discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Review, amend, and finalize new account documentation.
• Analyze demographic and account information to maintain data quality.
• Process documentation and respond to introducing broker-dealer inquiries.
• Remit and reconcile daily federal and state tax withholding liabilities and unclaimed property.
• Prepare and review daily reports while maintaining client tax lot reporting data.
• Identify process improvements, collaborate across systems and departments, and escalate potential regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Financial industry experience or FINRA licenses preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, decision-making, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
• Employment eligibility verification through the U.S. E-Verify program is required, along with credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening.
