Trade to Cash Analyst (FMCG)

Wattie’s hirify.global is a New Zealand food company and branded FMCG supplier serving the grocery market across more than 20 product categories.

What you will do

• Manage trade spend balance sheet accounts, reconciliations, and monthly customer balance sheet preparation and analysis.
• Oversee customer deductions, accounts payable claims, pricing discrepancies, and aged-item resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales and GBS to maintain healthy customer accounts and coordinate timely communication and delivery.
• Support internal and external audits, including internal audit activities and SOX compliance.
• Maintain system and database data integrity across BPCS, Demantra, ERP workflows, product hierarchies, trading terms, discounts, and vendor accounts.
• Provide trade finance support across ANZ and assist with Demantra training requests.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CPA/CA qualification or progress toward it is preferred.
• Experience in financial accounting, planning, or analysis, preferably in FMCG or retail sales.
• Understanding of transactional processes and core systems such as BPCS, SAP, Demantra, or similar.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau or similar software.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, make recommendations, follow up on issues, and drive resolutions to completion.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Strong credit control or process improvement experience.
• FMCG or retail sales-channel experience.
• CPA/CA qualification or active progress toward qualification.
