What you will do

  • Assist with the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across Global Business Services teams.
  • Support data preparation, prompt engineering, and user training activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify practical Copilot use cases.
  • Monitor usage, collect feedback, and help optimize Copilot performance.
  • Prepare documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or business leaders.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English is required.
  • Availability for the full internship duration is required.
