Location: On-site in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, United States; flexible hours, including weekends, and travel may be required.

Salary: $76,230–$111,744 per year

What you will do

• Execute sales strategies to generate new customer growth and build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Build relationships with executive-level customers and communicate product and service value propositions.
• Qualify high-value leads, secure discovery calls, and deliver sales presentations to decision-makers.
• Manage prospects through the sales pipeline, overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close new deals.
• Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, competitor activity, and customer pricing.
• Support onboarding and successful implementation for new customers.

Requirements

• Eight years of experience in sales, marketing, business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Long-term record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Expert knowledge of food logistics and market trends, including rate structures and customer pricing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, prioritization, and persistence skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
