What you will do
- Perform daily trade, position, cash, portfolio, and NAV reconciliations across multiple asset classes.
- Investigate and resolve trade, settlement, and cash breaks with internal teams and external counterparties.
- Support the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, allocation, settlement, and exception management.
- Monitor settlement activity, corporate actions, margin movements, financing events, and operational controls.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Finance, Operations, Prime Brokers, custodians, and fund administrators.
- Support account onboarding, product launches, operational projects, and automation of manual workflows.
Requirements
- 0–9 years of experience in trading operations, middle office, or investment operations within an asset manager, hedge fund, or investment bank.
- Strong experience with trade reconciliation, break resolution, multiple asset classes, trade lifecycle processes, settlement, and operational controls.
- Experience working with Prime Brokers, custodians, fund administrators, or outsourced middle office providers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills; OMS/PMS platform experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment and take ownership of issues through resolution.
