Senior UX Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Deliver UX solutions for complex business and technical problems.
• Partner with product, development, and UX teams to identify and prioritize customer outcomes.
• Drive design strategies and innovative solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends.
• Unify and improve design patterns, methods, design systems, and enterprise design standards across products and teams.
• Lead and present cross-functional design reviews, influencing stakeholders through clear storytelling.
• Produce developer-ready Figma files and review vendor deliverables for quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in visual design, UX design, research, or related disciplines.
• Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience applying UX design processes and designing complex workflows.
• Experience with UX research, including competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, and user testing.
• Experience designing investment brokerage software applications and delivering pixel-perfect specifications to development.
• Online portfolio and comfort working within a mid- to large-sized design team.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree with complementary training in UX and design specialties.
