PRIMA Internship Program (Plant Technician)

Location: Onsite at the P&G Jakarta Plant in the Karawang Industrial Area, West Java, Indonesia; rotating shifts required.

What you will do

• Support packing or making operations as an area operator.
• Follow plant standards for safety, quality, stewardship, and citizenship.
• Help maintain high performance across production lines.
• Contribute to the daily management system.
• Lead one or more projects focused on eliminating operational losses.
• Build plant technician competencies through hands-on work, mentorship, classroom training, and workshops.

Requirements

• Commitment to completing the one-year PRIMA program and working onsite in Indonesia.
• Willingness to follow a rotating shift schedule at the Jakarta Plant.
• Currently enrolled in the penultimate year of a diploma program or recently graduated in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
• Active participation in campus activities or external organizations.
• Proficient in English and comfortable with computer-based work.
