What you will do
- Support administrative functions within the Human Resources Benefits and Occupational Health departments.
- Participate in projects related to Open Enrollment and quarterly postcard mailers.
- Review and update Benefits and Occupational Health content on the internal intranet.
- Prepare the monthly Benefits newsletter and presentation slides for town hall meetings.
- Prepare and code vendor invoices and payment wires.
- Assist with additional Benefits and Occupational Health tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate student enrolled part-time or full-time with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling personnel matters.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Professional manner, dependability, punctuality, and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an office environment.
- Some knowledge of office practices, procedures, and common office equipment.
