AP Inventory Representative (Accounts Payable)

What you will do

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices to ensure timely payments under discount and non-discount terms.
• Review invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and apply company policies and procedures.
• Match purchase orders with invoices using a three-way match system.
• Confirm vendor terms and ensure eligible discounts are met.
• Reconcile vendor statements and process vendor credits and warranty issues.
• Communicate with vendors, sales centers, other departments, and management about pending issues and processing problems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience, specifically with purchase order matching.
• High school diploma.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, listening, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, and focus.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage time and stress.
