Principal Analog Design Engineer (BMS)

What you will do

• Design analog and mixed-signal blocks for battery management circuits from architecture through qualification.
• Work with Design Architects to select architectures optimized for area, power consumption, and performance.
• Translate circuit specifications into electrical schematics.
• Create and complete verification plans covering PVT, statistical, ESD/EMC, and post-layout simulations.
• Validate circuit routing during layout and participate in product debug and laboratory validation.
• Support product qualification through release while collaborating with global design and technical teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of analog IC design experience.
• Proven IC design experience in ADCs, switched-capacitor circuits, high-voltage power management blocks, precision voltage references, CAN physical layers, or high-side and low-side drivers.
• Experience with smart-power BiCMOS technologies.
• Good knowledge of Cadence IC tools.
• Experience with requirements traceability management and ISO 26262.
