Digital & Communications Specialist - French Speaker

What you will do

• Create clear, engaging written materials in French for diverse audiences.
• Support internal and external communication initiatives in line with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.
• Develop creative assets for campaigns and newsletters with cross-functional teams.
• Use communication tools to design, execute, and monitor French-language campaigns.
• Update and localize digital content for different markets while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce reports with insights on communication effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar digital communication role.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• French proficiency at minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
• English proficiency at minimum B1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital communication and marketing automation tools such as NP6, Marketo, or ActiveTrail.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
