TL;DR
Business Development Intern (BE) (Sales/Retail): Supporting Belgian retail business development through key account administration, market analysis, retail dashboards, marketing activation, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams with an accent on commercial execution and data-driven decision-making. Focus on analyzing category and market developments, optimizing shop-floor activations, and presenting initiatives to grow the business.
Location: Antwerp (Antwerpen - Berchem), Belgium; onsite internship
Allowance: €625 per month for 40 hours per week, plus full reimbursement of travel expenses

What you will do
- Support Key Account Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks for the Belgian retail business.
- Track and analyze market developments across relevant product categories.
- Update and analyze monthly retail dashboards.
- Contribute to internal presentations and projects focused on business growth.
- Support the execution of marketing plans and shop-floor activations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category, and field teams to optimize retail activities.
Requirements
- Be enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the internship and be nearing the end of a bachelor's degree or pursuing a master's degree.
- EU working rights are required; candidates must be EU citizens or studying in the EU.
- Proficient English is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong interest in Marketing and/or Data Analytics.
- Strong communication, confidence, curiosity, positivity, and ability to simplify complex challenges.
