Asset Management Intern - Investments

Location: Chicago, IL; ten-week onsite program

Salary: $30.00 USD per hour

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative empirical research and perform back testing.
• Assess investment risks and research stewardship and sustainable investing topics.
• Collaborate with project teams and provide investment data for fact-based decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and present research findings.
• Join professional development, networking, mentorship, and cross-functional internship activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, computer engineering, finance, accounting, or economics, with expected graduation from December 2027 through summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0; a GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Experience applying coding languages and artificial intelligence toolsets to data analysis, visualization, and written output.
• Experience with financial or statistical models, plus strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Previous internship experience involving quantitative or investment analysis.
