Director of Supply Chain (Global Apparel) (Global Apparel): Leading end-to-end supply chain operations across planning, production, logistics, and distribution for multiple apparel brands with an accent on global operations, product quality, and service delivery. Focus on building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and shaping supply chain strategy across a multi-brand business.
Location: Rigby, Idaho, USA; hybrid work with required in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Must be local to the area or willing to relocate.

and Teton Outfitters operate a global portfolio of Powersports apparel, helmets, goggles, and accessories brands, including KLIM and 509.
What you will do
- Lead global demand and supply planning, production, logistics, and distribution operations across multiple apparel brands.
- Manage approximately 7 direct reports and an overall organization of approximately 40 team members.
- Develop a service-oriented, cost-conscious team through coaching, mentorship, performance management, and succession planning.
- Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programs to increase efficiency, scalability, and supply chain effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products on time and meet customer expectations.
- Partner with Quality Engineering and post-sales teams on product safety, quality standards, and rework processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in apparel or a related industry, with progressively broader supply chain, product development, sales, or similar responsibilities.
- 10+ years of experience leading teams in cross-functional environments, including experience leading other leaders.
- Experience managing complex global supply chain operations from planning through execution.
- Ability to use data and analytics to improve supply chain performance.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%, including internationally; current U.S. passport or willingness to obtain one upon hire. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
