Private Investing Content & Digital Experience Manager

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with office work 4 days per week and remote work 1 day per week.

Salary: USD 90,000–180,000 per year, plus potential bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own content strategy for the private investing platform, including venture capital and private credit.
• Translate complex investment insights into articles, executive perspectives, videos, podcasts, webinars, emails, social content, and digital assets.
• Build integrated promotion and distribution strategies across websites, email, social media, events, webinars, podcasts, and video platforms.
• Partner with investment professionals, fundraising, sales, marketing, digital, and legal/compliance teams.
• Lead editorial planning, interviews, drafting, editing, review, compliance approvals, distribution, and performance measurement.
• Use audience behavior, engagement analytics, search trends, and fundraising outcomes to improve content priorities and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, digital marketing, or thought leadership within asset management, private markets, investment management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, private credit, fundraising dynamics, and portfolio concepts.
• Experience producing sophisticated financial content across written, video, audio, digital, email, social, and event channels.
• Ability to explain complex investment topics clearly to institutional and wealth audiences.
• Experience with integrated content distribution, stakeholder management, and regulated financial-marketing environments.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, project management, collaboration, and data-informed optimization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, or private capital formation.
• Familiarity with podcast production, webinar strategy, video scripting, and executive communications.
• Knowledge of content analytics, audience segmentation, content governance, and responsible AI-enabled editorial workflows.
