Salary: $43,338–$68,503 annually, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium for eligible alternative shifts.

What you will do
- Learn to read and interpret manufacturing travelers, blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Review special instructions and verify board print requirements before products move to the next quality process.
- Confirm board markings, solder-mask color, and legend compliance.
- Perform visual inspection of printed circuit boards using halo lamps, microscopes, and other magnification aids.
- Handle and stamp compliant boards according to company procedures.
- Perform basic rework, including solder-mask touch-up, burr removal, damaged-area repair, exposed-copper coverage, and surface-mount pad cleaning or polishing.
Requirements
- Sophomore-level college education or an associate degree.
- Completed quality control and inspection courses or a relevant certificate; experience in quality inspection is required.
- Must be at least 18 and authorized as a US Person: US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card holder, due to ITAR requirements.
- Must be able to work full time on the day shift at the Santa Ana site.
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, basic arithmetic, and clear written English communication.
- Comfort with microscope-based work, physical handling of finished circuit boards weighing approximately 5–10 pounds, attention to detail, critical thinking, multitasking, and continuous improvement.
