What you will do
- Support manager-level and below sales employees across Away From Home, Export, Modern Trade, and E-commerce.
- Advise on organization design and workforce planning to support sustainable business growth.
- Support talent reviews and succession planning to build an effective talent pipeline.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and HR sub-functions while providing coaching on people issues.
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, employee changes, employee relations, terminations, and employee experience.
- Support HR administration across employment, training, labor relations, and potentially compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Intermediate-level HR experience supporting business functions.
- Understanding of organization design, workforce planning, talent review, and succession planning.
- Ability to work independently across two or more HR areas.
- Experience managing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ability to partner with sales leaders and provide practical HR coaching.
