Snr Engineer-Field Service, PS SEA (Power Generation)

Location: Singapore; regular travel across the Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia regions

What you will do

• Lead on-site acceptance testing, commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance at customer sites.
• Commission system projects and provide technical assistance during factory testing of special projects.
• Investigate engine failures and customer complaints, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Provide after-sales technical support and site service to distributors, dealers, and end customers.
• Train, supervise, and coach junior field service engineers and distributor technical personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement in aftermarket processes and service procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Technical knowledge of genset service and preventive maintenance for testing and commissioning in data centers.
• Strong presentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for power generation products.
• Availability for regular travel across the Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
