Customer Marketing Specialist, Customer Advisory (AECO)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States — in office. Travel requirement: 25%.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead and scale the Global CxO Customer Advisory Board program.
• Capture, synthesize, and communicate strategic feedback from executive customers.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person advisory board meetings across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Use AI-enabled tools to extract, curate, and deliver customer and market insights.
• Author and present executive insight reports to product, marketing, and sales stakeholders.
• Create a replication playbook for regional and country-specific customer advisory boards.

Requirements

• Experience managing customer advisory boards, executive conference tracks, or user groups in a B2B SaaS technology environment.
• Extensive experience in fast-paced technology companies and cross-functional matrix collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, including executive-level customer engagement and trust-building.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve program productivity and insight delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architectural Design, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Ability to work in the Westminster, Colorado office and travel 25%.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration degree.
• Professional certification from Pragmatic Marketing, Silicon Valley Product Group, or a similar product framework.
• Experience with digital technologies for the construction and architecture industry.
