Location: One of five College of Nursing campuses in Billings, Bozeman, Great Falls, Kalispell, or Missoula, Montana

’s Mark and Robyn Jones College of Nursing provides baccalaureate, accelerated baccalaureate, Master of Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs across five Montana campuses.
What you will do
- Teach undergraduate and graduate nursing courses.
- Establish and sustain a focused program of nursing research and scholarship.
- Seek extramural research funding and disseminate findings through peer-reviewed publications.
- Participate in professional, college, and university service activities.
- Provide nursing leadership in Montana and beyond through professional nursing organizations.
- Collaborate with College colleagues and healthcare professionals outside the university.
Requirements
- Doctorate in nursing or a related field; ABD candidates nearing completion may be considered for Assistant Professor.
- Graduate degree in nursing or a related field.
- Record of, or demonstrable potential for, excellence in teaching and research or scholarship.
- Eligibility for registered nurse licensure in Montana.
- Strong written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Experience with simulation pedagogy and distance delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Service experience in the nursing profession.
- Ability to foster student and faculty diversity.
