Salary: $67,500–$110,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Collect, package, review, and reconcile commercial loan application documents and financial or credit exhibits.
• Order and preliminarily review appraisal, inspection, and environmental reports for compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Analyze, interpret, and underwrite complex transactions under applicable agency guidelines.
• Conduct economic and demographic research to assess transaction feasibility.
• Assist underwriters with preparing and presenting comprehensive loan approval packages to the credit committee.
• Conduct inspections of physical assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong analytical skills, financial statement proficiency, judgment, and credit skills.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
