Senior Manager, Toll Agency Relations & Industry Partnerships

Location: Mesa, Arizona, United States. Up to 40% travel is required for agency meetings, site visits, industry conferences, and customer engagements.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship lead with tolling authorities and transportation agencies.
• Build executive and operational relationships and develop structured engagement strategies for priority agencies.
• Represent hirify.global at industry forums, associations, committees, and conferences, including IBTTA.
• Drive resolution of escalated operational, billing, data, integration, dispute, and relationship issues.
• Coordinate with operations, product, technology, legal, finance, sales, and account teams to deliver agency commitments.
• Provide industry intelligence and agency insights for customer strategy, contracts, RFPs, integrations, and growth planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, transportation, engineering, technology, or a related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of experience in tolling, transportation, mobility services, intelligent transportation systems, public-sector partnerships, or related industries.
• Established relationships and credibility within the tolling authority, transportation agency, or toll services ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of tolling operations, agency workflows, interoperability, transponder and plate-based tolling, violations, back-office operations, and customer service.
• Experience managing executive relationships, influencing public- and private-sector stakeholders, and resolving complex multi-party issues.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel regularly.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience with a tolling authority, transportation agency, toll services provider, systems integrator, mobility technology provider, or industry association.
• Active involvement in IBTTA or other tolling, transportation, mobility, or infrastructure organizations.
• Experience with agency partnerships, toll system integrations, escalations, RFPs, contracts, or strategic growth initiatives.
• Established network across North American tolling authorities and related transportation organizations.
