Prototype Operator 1

Location: On-site at the Duluth, Minnesota facility, United States. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR requirements.

Salary: $24/hour starting pay, with additional compensation based on experience.

What you will do

• Build prototype units using sketches, CAD drawings, diagrams, minimal documentation, and verbal descriptions.
• Assemble and test prototype, pre-production, and production units.
• Perform testing and collect data on prototypes and pre-production units.
• Assist with the design of manufacturing tooling and process documentation.
• Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and support the transition from NPI to production.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of related manufacturing or production experience.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylee status.
