Bulk Project Manager (Mortgage Servicing)

Salary: $85,000–$113,300 annually

What you will do

• Drive bulk loan onboarding processes and manage projects throughout the mortgage servicing transfer lifecycle.
• Coordinate clients, retiring servicers, external partners, internal teams, management, and other impacted groups.
• Lead online meetings and conference calls, establish timelines, set expectations, and follow up on concerns.
• Create and maintain project plans and communicate accurate status updates to all stakeholders.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain client relationships throughout each project.
• Conduct post-onboarding lessons-learned exercises and update bulk procedures and transfer instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong background in mortgage servicing, specifically transfers of servicing.
• Leadership, consensus-building, interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; successful background and credit checks are required where permitted by law.
