Influencer Junior Buyer

Location: Hybrid role based at the UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey; teams typically spend 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.

Salary: £45,000 starting salary per year, reviewed annually.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and day-to-day sourcing for social influencer management, creator content, and agency partnerships.
• Manage supply assurance, value delivery, purchasing policy compliance, and supplier performance.
• Use data, performance results, and market insights to identify opportunities and recommend sourcing strategies.
• Partner with brand teams to understand business needs, review results, and build improvement action plans.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance optimisation, information security, and data privacy compliance.
• Establish contracts, KPIs, and performance expectations so suppliers deliver against business goals.

Requirements

• Early-career or entry-level candidate with enthusiasm for the consumer goods industry.
• Interest in purchasing, commercial decision-making, supplier partnerships, social media, influencer marketing, and creator-led content.
• Strong analytical capability and business acumen to support data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with brand teams, purchasing colleagues, and external suppliers.
• Proactive growth mindset, willingness to take ownership, ask questions, and keep improving.
• Continuous or temporary right to work in the UK from the first day of employment is required.
