Senior Director, Publisher Sales (AdTech)

What you will do

• Prospect and close high-impact publisher accounts to expand the publisher network.
• Use CRM data and market intelligence to forecast growth and identify new publisher verticals and revenue opportunities.
• Act as a strategic product feedback loop by translating market needs into actionable insights for the Product team.
• Lead internal communication and end-to-end execution of complex deals requiring custom technical configurations or strategic alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry decision-makers through face-to-face, email, and phone communication.
• Refine sales and revenue strategies with senior leadership, communicate performance results, and mentor junior sales talent.

Requirements

• Consistent track record in Publisher Sales.
• 7+ years of experience and strong understanding of the AdTech industry.
• Extensive network of publisher contacts.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated hunter mindset with creative problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
