Senior Project Manager (Retail)

Location: Birmingham, UK, with hybrid working

What you will do

• Manage retail projects across the Midlands from feasibility through completion and post-handover.
• Prepare and manage key-stage reports, contract documents, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Run bidding processes and manage queries from tendering contractors.
• Manage multiple projects on live operational sites.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate project delivery.
• Apply procurement, commercial, contractual, environmental, health, safety, security, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Project Management or a similar construction-related qualification, with extensive technical delivery experience.
• Experience with NEC contracts.
• Familiarity with the design process and RIBA experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, customer service, and client-interface skills.
• Organised, proactive, diligent, disciplined, and commercially astute approach.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads, manage projects, work with teams, and deliver to deadlines.
