Solutions Architect (AI/Banking)

What you will do

• Lead discovery, scoping, solution design, estimation, and delivery governance for enterprise integration engagements.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships, facilitate customer workshops and architecture reviews, and present solutions to technical and executive audiences.
• Design platform-native solutions using reusable connectors, templates, configuration, and fixed-price engineering patterns.
• Govern the end-to-end integration lifecycle, enforce architecture conventions, and review solution quality before delivery commitments.
• Mentor customer and internal development squads so they can build and support standard integrations with less architectural involvement.
• Turn project work into reusable connectors, mappings, templates, patterns, and documented playbooks while applying AI-assisted engineering tools.

Requirements

• Strong enterprise integration consulting and implementation experience with APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration platforms or iPaaS.
• Customer-facing experience in discovery, workshop facilitation, estimation, executive communication, and commercial scope management.
• Ability to read and review Java and Spring Boot code, review pull requests, and build prototypes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering, including code generation, agentic tooling, and spec-to-code workflows.
• Working knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes or GitOps-style deployment, AWS, OpenAPI-first design, web services, Git, and standard build tooling.
• US citizenship is required, and visa sponsorship is unavailable. Excellent spoken and written English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Banking, credit union, or payments experience, including core banking, digital banking, ACH, or ISO 20022.
• Experience productizing services delivery through templates, SDKs, connector libraries, or fixed-price packaging.
• Experience establishing architecture governance, review boards, ADR practices, or conformance standards.
