Warehouse Inventory Control Supervisor (Warehouse Operations)

Location: On-site in Ontario, California, United States. Monday–Friday shift starting at 6:00 AM; flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform cycle counts across warehouse pick zones and storage locations and enter inventory adjustments.
• Identify and remove outdated or damaged products.
• Report receiving and stocking errors to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Inspect products for infestation and ensure proper storage and vendor dating.
• Train new associates on RF functions and support special projects.
• Maintain accurate, safe, and compliant warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, or other powered industrial equipment preferred; certification on applicable lift equipment is required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• PC proficiency; experience with NTS, AS400, and RF systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently, communicate with internal customers and management, lift up to 50 pounds, and frequently stand, walk, and climb.
