What you will do

• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve business processes with AI.
• Prototype and pilot AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot and generative AI platforms.
• Support AI adoption by helping colleagues use new technologies and ways of working.
• Apply responsible AI practices, including ethical use, data privacy, and sound judgment.
• Translate data and AI insights into clear recommendations for business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree obtained within the last 24 months in computer science, data science, engineering, business analytics, mathematics, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and projects, coursework, or internships involving data, analytics, or AI.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and applying them to real business challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, and Copilot, with willingness to learn new technologies.
• Curious, collaborative, adaptable, ethical, and able to simplify complex concepts.
