Location: Detroit, Michigan, United States; travel to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings up to 80% of the time.

Salary: $125,250–$180,916.66 per year.

What you will do

• Educate healthcare accounts on Type 1 diabetes screening, monitoring, early detection, and care coordination.
• Analyze account screening processes to identify gaps, barriers, and opportunities for planning and coordination.
• Support the development and implementation of screening and monitoring protocols and infrastructure.
• Connect cross-functional stakeholders to drive collaboration and co-create effective patient pathways.
• Map referral networks and support peer-to-peer interactions that develop sustainable patient flows.
• Coordinate with medical and sales teams to share insights and accelerate account initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of significant experience in account management or healthcare administration.
• Strong understanding of Type 1 diabetes care pathways and screening practices.
• Expertise in data analysis and value-based healthcare.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
