What you will do

• Learn software development tools, best practices, and programming concepts with mentor guidance.
• Complete simple coding tasks and collaborate with peers across the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute input to feature development.
• Document, implement, and test high-quality software features with peer and mentor assistance.
• Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
• Build knowledge of the team’s business domain and communicate the advantages of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic programming skills in Java.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
