What you will do
- Analyze product performance, customer behavior, competitive activity, and market trends.
- Own forecasting and demand planning activities within S&OP, including visibility into risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Sales to execute commercial strategies and provide field insights, tools, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate business initiatives with Supply Chain, HEMA, Medical Affairs, Education, Finance, Regulatory, and Quality.
- Conduct pricing evaluations and financial analyses for new and existing products.
Requirements
- Strong analytical background in Product Management, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, drive alignment, and work effectively with Sales teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- High autonomy, discipline, ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail while managing multiple workstreams.
