What you will do
- Oversee daily operations of Executive Hosts, Casino Hosts, Player Development Coordinators, and related marketing areas.
- Execute host initiatives and maintain current knowledge of gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment, and property information.
- Plan and deliver targeted events for mid-level and VIP guests with the Special Events department.
- Supervise, coach, train, develop, and evaluate host and player development staff.
- Support hiring, interviews, payroll, scheduling, supply management, and timekeeping approval.
- Maintain service standards, investigate customer service issues, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and departmental policies.
Requirements
- Three years of casino marketing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Effective communication with guests in English is required.
- Ability to work in a hectic, fast-paced, crowded, and noisy casino environment, including exposure to secondhand smoke.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, communicate, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Final candidates must complete a background check and obtain gaming licensure before an offer is extended.
