Location: Kingsville, Texas, United States. The role is campus-based and includes frequent recruitment travel, including occasional overnight and international trips.

What you will do
- Coordinate university-wide graduate recruitment and outreach activities with campus partners, academic departments, and enrollment teams.
- Represent graduate programs at presentations, information sessions, campus visits, application workshops, webinars, and regional events.
- Develop data-informed strategies to recruit and enroll students in master's and doctoral programs.
- Analyze application, admission, enrollment, campaign, and event data; produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Guide prospective students through admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and application processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on recruitment campaigns, web content, print materials, social media, and program messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
- At least eight years of related experience with online and face-to-face student recruitment.
- Thorough knowledge of graduate recruitment and admissions practices in higher education.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Slate and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report recruitment and enrollment data and coordinate group events.
- Export-control authorization is required before employment begins. The position is security-sensitive and requires compliance with applicable state and federal laws and university policies.
Nice to have
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ten years of related student recruitment experience.
- Experience with higher-education graduate enrollment systems, international recruitment, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
