TL;DR
Junior CRA (m/w/d), Single Sponsor, Home-Based Austria (Clinical Research): Conducting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical studies with an accent on GCP/ICH compliance, regulatory tracking, recruitment, and data query resolution. Focus on evaluating site quality, coordinating with study sites and client representatives, and supporting remote monitoring and study start-up activities.

Location: Home-based throughout Austria, with travel to clinical study sites for up to 40–60% of working time.

Salary: Starting at €3,200 gross per month; additional compensation may be available based on skills and experience.

What you will do

  • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
  • Support subject recruitment planning and track recruitment progress.
  • Evaluate site practices and data quality against regulatory requirements and GCP/ICH guidelines.
  • Track regulatory submissions, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
  • Collaborate with study-site experts and client representatives.
  • Support remote monitoring, study start-up, therapeutic-area activities, and mentoring as required by the client model.

Requirements

  • University degree in life science or another scientific discipline, or healthcare-related apprenticeship.
  • Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
  • German fluency at C1 level or higher and good command of English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 40–60% of working time.
  • Driver’s license class B.
