What you will do
- Operate robotic welding equipment to produce welded assemblies.
- Load parts in the required sequence and identify acceptable and defective welds.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cone and tip cleaning, weld wire replacement, and work-area cleaning.
- Touch up welds requiring minor repairs and make process changes when addressing defective welds.
- Complete FTQ, work generation, scrap, maintenance, and other operational reports.
- Maintain housekeeping, accurate logs, and safe working practices around moving equipment and industrial vehicles.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push or pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours, reach overhead continuously, and perform bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and repetitive upper-extremity movements.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced welding environment and use air, power, and vibrating tools.
