Location: Manchester, NH, United States; onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you will do
- Assess patients presenting with overdose or other substance use-related concerns and determine appropriate internal and external referrals.
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals with hospital-system teams.
- Provide brief individual and family counseling and facilitate groups when staffing coverage requires.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, referrals, patient interactions, and calls within 24 hours of service.
- Represent the practice in community education, outreach, and public-image activities.
- Participate in quality improvement, peer supervision, credentialing, emergency drills, committees, and community events.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- At least three years of post-licensure mental health counseling experience working with individuals living with alcohol or drug addiction.
- MLADC, LCMHC, or LICSW licensure is required.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, evidence-based practices, clinical assessment, family systems, and psychotherapy for children and/or adults.
- Experience with diverse client populations, co-occurring disorders, and socioeconomically disadvantaged clients.
- Working knowledge of EPIC, Microsoft Office, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part II, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
