What you will do
- Interpret data, apply statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Identify and analyze trends and patterns in complex datasets.
- Evaluate data sources and develop data ingestion and integration plans.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Refine reporting and analysis requests with internal business partners and convert them into actionable requirements.
- Create MSSQL stored procedures and SSRS reports from business requirements.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
- Expertise in data models, database design and development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Strong experience with reporting packages such as SSRS, databases such as SQL Server, and ETL programming with SSIS.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience with analytical tools such as Excel, SSAS, SRSS, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, query writing, report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
