Contract Licensing & Registration Senior Analyst (Insurance): Supporting licensing, compliance, and registration processes by analyzing eligibility, processing state appointments, and providing high-quality service to field and home office partners with an accent on regulatory accuracy, risk assessment, and operational efficiency. Focus on resolving complex licensing situations, cross-referencing state and company records, and improving high-volume customer service workflows.

Location: Milwaukee, WI Corporate; hybrid

Compensation: $21.77–$32.66 per hour

What you will do

  • Analyze licensing and registration eligibility requirements and identify compliance concerns before representatives receive solicitation authority.
  • Support licensing applications, continuing education, state requirements, and appointment processing.
  • Process and terminate state appointments using SIRCON, state websites, RegEd, and other online resources.
  • Resolve routine and complex licensing inquiries, escalating specialized issues when necessary.
  • Cross-reference state licensing records with company records to maintain compliance and accuracy.
  • Meet service-level and phone performance standards while contributing knowledge and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related field, or at least 5 years of insurance or securities experience.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to resolve complex and sensitive issues accurately in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work independently and coach others on core customer service responsibilities.
  • Fingerprinting and completion of required forms are required under NMIS guidelines; the position is classified as Non-Registered Fingerprinted under FINRA.
